High School • All-American and All-City basketball player for the Lady Roughriders • Won five individual track state titles for Roosevelt • Holds five school records in 100M, 200M, 400M, 4x100 relay and long jump • Named “one of the best athletes in state history” by The Seattle Times College • Awarded 1st women’s athletic scholarship for the University of Oregon, earning dual letters in track and basketball • Four-year starter for Ducks’ basketball team • Earned recognition as three-time All-District and two-time All-Northwest Basketball League athlete • Top 10 in Oregon basketball history for scoring 1,000+ points in career • Set school track records in both the 100M and 200M – still ranking 3rd all- time in the 100M • Won 1980 NCAA Championship as member of 4x100 relay team Other • Inducted into the University of Oregon Hall of Fame
